Privacy Must be Protected in Using Big Data to Combat COVID-19

In testimony to the Senate Commerce Committee, CFA and other members of the Privacy and Digital Rights for All Coalition said that personal information collected as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic or existing data repurposed for pandemic response must be regulated to protect individual rights and prevent uses inconsistent with public health.
