CFA Signs Group Letter to Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on RTOs

CFA has joined a coalition of publicly and cooperatively owned electric utilities, national consumer and low-income organizations, state public utility commissions, state consumer advocates, investor-owned utilities, industrial customers, and independent power producers urging the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to honor core principles in RTO capacity procurement mechanisms.
