CFA Joins in Advocates’ Comments to DOE on Increased Efficiency Standards for Residential Boilers
Based on DOE’s analysis for the NOPR, Consumer Federation of America supports the proposed standard levels for residential boilers. DOE estimates that the proposed standards would save 0.26 quads of energy over 30 years of sales and save consumers $0.6-1.7 billion in net present value savings.
