CFA Joined Other Advocates in Opposing DOE’s Proposal to Allow Inefficient Showerheads
CFA joined other advocates in filing comments opposing the Department of Energy’s proposal to change the definition of showerheads which would in essence weaken water efficiency standards and lead to unnecessarily wasting water and energy. The proposal would allow each nozzle in a showerhead to be subject to the water efficiency standard of 2.5 gallons per minute as opposed to the entire showerhead being subject to the 2.5 gpm standard.
