Advocates Express Concerns Over DOE's Energy Efficiency Standards Setting Process

CFA joins other advocates in expressing additional concerns to DOE in response to its notice on data availability (NODA) relating to the  proposal to change/weaken the ‘process rule’ which deals with the procedures and benchmarks by which energy efficiency standards are to be considered.
