Groups Say Modified California Privacy Regulations are a Step Backwards
In comments to the California Attorney General, CFA and other groups told the California Attorney General that the modified regulations under the California Consumer Privacy Act are a step backward in protecting children and consumers more generally, and recommended several changes before the rules are finalized to address their concerns.
