Group Comments on the Petitions for Declaratory Ruling by the American Banker Association
CFA and other advocacy organizations including National Consumer Law Center, National Association of Consumer Advocates, Consumer Action, Public Citizen and the U.S. Public Interest Research Group ask the FCC to continue to protect consumers and deny the CBA petition to be exempted from the TCPA.
