Consumer Groups Call on Representatives to Support Cohen-Jones FAIR Fees Amendment
In a letter to Chairman Bill Shuster and Ranking Member Peter DeFazio of the US House of Representatives Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, consumer advocacy organizations are urging that the members support the Cohen-Jones FAIR Fees amendment. This bipartisan amendment to H.R. 4, the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2018, will help protect travelers who are increasingly abused by the airlines’ nickel-and-diming practices.
