Consumer Federation of America Urges District of Columbia to Adopt Consumer Protections for Telematics Programs
The Consumer Federation of America (CFA) submitted comments on the Telematics Data Use in Automobile Insurance Regulation Amendment Act of 2025, a proposed law in the District of Columbia. In this letter, CFA detail our views on this proposal, including elements that we believe could be strengthened in order to best protect D.C. drivers.
