Consumer and Privacy Groups Support Broadband Privacy Rules for ISPs in DC

In a letter to General Counsel Lawrence Cooper of the Office of Cable Television, Film, Music, & Entertainment (OCTFME), consumer and privacy groups urge the passage of proposed rulesĀ would provide consumers in Washington, DC increased choice, security, and transparency over the data their internet service providers (ISPs) collect from and about them.
