Civil Society Must Be Able to Help Enforce EU Digital Marketing Act

In an open letter aimed at European policymakers, Consumer Federation of America joined other groups and individuals in the US and the EU to urge that the Digital Marketing Act include provisions for civil society involvement in rulemaking and enforcement.
