CFA TC

The House Financial Services Committee will be considering two bills for mark-up this week, H.R. 2187, the Fair Investment Opportunities for Professional Experts Act and H.R. 3784, the SEC Small Business Advocate Act. Both bills require significant amendments to ensure that they do not undermine essential investor protections.  Unless the committee adopts the changes suggested by CFA, members are urged to oppose these bills.
