CFA Submits Comments to U.S. CPSC on Section 6(b)
Today, CFA submitted comments to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission on "Information Disclosure Under Section 6(b) of the Consumer Product Safety Act. CFA provided comments in support of the proposed changes to Section 6(b), as well as suggestions for improvement in limited areas.
