CFA Submits Comments to Congress on How Senior Fraud-Protection Accounts Can Prevent Scams

In response to a question for the record from Rep. John Rose (R-TN) on senior fraud-protection accounts, Adam Rust submitted the following statement for the record to House Financial Services Committee Chair French Hill (R-AR). The question followed as a result from Rust's testimony at the hearing titled "Fighting Fraud on the Front Lines: Challenges and Opportunities for Financial Institutions" before the House Financial Services Committee's Subcommittee on Financial Services on March 5th , 2026.
