CFA joins a coalition of consumer advocates led by the National Consumer Law Center urging the Federal Communications Commission to exercise caution in permitting HHS to use automated calls and texts reminding consumers about enrollment in governmental health insurance programs. The consumer coalition asks the FCC to take specific measures to protect consumers from unwanted robocalls.
