CFA, Consumer Reports, US PIRG Tell DOT Proposed Rules Would Hamper Protecting Airline Passengers
In comments to the Department of Transportation, Consumer Federation of America, Consumer Reports and US PIRG said that proposed rules to change the enforcement criteria and rulemaking process for aviation consumer protection are unnecessary and would actually make it harder for the agency to take action to protect airline passengers.
