CFA and EPIC Recommend Improvements to WA Privacy Bill

Consumer Federation of America and the Electronic Privacy Information Center sent a letter to a Washington state legislative committee recommending changes to improve a privacy bill, including removing the provisions concerning facial recognition and adding a private right of action.
