Consumer Complaint Survey Report 2023
CFA is pleased to present its annual report of complaints made to consumer agencies during the year 2023. CFA conducts an annual survey of city, county, and state consumer agencies across the country about the complaints they received in the previous year, which CFA then merges and analyzes in this report. This report serves as a tool to identify common problems facing consumers nationally and inform the work of CFA as we continue to advocate for consumer protections in the marketplace. We are incredibly pleased to work with the participating agencies, as they provide a critical “boots on the ground” perspective to nonprofits like CFA and much needed relief to residents of their communities.
